Laser Xpressions, Inc. accepts all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Order process and associated costs:
For shopify what is this process. Upload artwork , explain 3D and back ground removal vs 2D need order template of order, artwork, order or transaction # production time, when will I get etc. options to pick up in store or ship.
We offer free personalization of one artwork and/or text on one side of product purchased from our stock. We strongly discourage a lot of text since the font size and legibility will be affected as well as presentation. Our designers will position your artwork and/or text to be aesthetically pleasing. See specific product for imprint area information.
3D products: Products that are 3D generally have remove the background removed so that the individuals stand out. Background can remain in the piece if preferred. Please indicate your preference at check out. Product pricing includes two heads. Each additional person incurs an additional fee of $25.
2D products: Many of our products will have a picture that includes the background. Background removal, if desired, will be an additional $25.
Fonts: Please select from our posted fonts on the site. If you require a specific font not specified here, please attach to your order and we will advise if we are able to accommodate this request.
Proof: Once your order is received, customers will receive a proof via email within 24-48 hours during business hours. Detailed Custom work may require a longer production time and additional communication with our team may be necessary. Customers will have the opportunity to review the proof for approval and/or make changes. We require responses directly to the proof email.
The first two proofs are fee. Subsequent proofs are $10.00 each. Proof emails are sent from artwork@laserxpressions.com. Please check your email as well as your spam folder.
Redraw artwork: Customer supplied artwork must meet our specifications for production. Customer supplied artwork that does not meet our specification, a $25.00 one-time artwork fee will be applied. Some examples include converting a logo/artwork file to high resolution vector art format due to the poor quality of the file provided or modifying a logo/artwork file for the legibility of the engraving/color imprinting result.
Additional artwork location on the same piece: Customers that wish to engrave artwork in an additional location, a $25.00 per piece fee will be incurred. See Redraw Artwork for further information.
Additional text engraving area: Customers that wish to engrave text in an additional location, an $11.00 per piece will be incurred.
Color Fill: Cost per piece is $11.00. The recommended colors are silver, gold, or black. However, if the customer requires a specific PMS color, please provide the color and we will quote the additional cost accordingly. Colorfill is used to enhance the imprint process on deep etched items for glass and crystal products. PMS match is $75 per color for batch production fee (includes one 1 ounce bottle). UV Color Imprinting
We offer UV color imprinting on specific glass products which is primarily prepared as a background on an award such as a city skyline or other scene.
Gift Box
Most of our glass and crystal products come with presentation gift boxes. See product details for pictures of gift boxes.
